Building a career in Artificial Intelligence requires strong technical expertise, as well as the ability to operate in complex, interdisciplinary environments with a significant impact on people.

Soft Skills for Human-Centered AI Careers is a Career Talk designed for engineering students who want to understand which soft skills and human–machine interaction capabilities are increasingly essential when working in AI with a human-centered approach.

During the event, industry professionals and experts will share their perspectives through short and focused talks (15–20 minutes), addressing:

·       the most in-demand soft skills for AI-related roles;

·       the key competencies needed to collaborate effectively with AI systems;

·       the role of communication, critical thinking, responsibility, and ethics in applied AI projects.

Each talk will be followed by a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask direct questions, clarify doubts, and explore the topics in greater depth.
The event will be moderated by the Career Service, helping connect the discussion to professional and career development perspectives.
