Novelis needs to build engineering bench strength by providing engineers with relevant training and experience to accelerate their development. Novelis offers temporary contracts for trainee periods with permanent contract opportunity afterwards. We are looking for Master and Bachelor degree graduates with less than 5 years of manufacturing / engineering experience. Novelis is based in: Asia, Europe, North America, South America. Regional mobility (within Europe) is essential, global mobility is preferred. Fluent English both written and spoken is essential as all formal classroom training will be conducted in English. As the majority of our plants are in Germany, German or French language would give candidates a significant advantage.
