The Career Service, in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Service of Politecnico di Milano, is launching a corporate mentoring program to promote inclusion.

 

The program is designed for Politecnico di Milano students with disabilities.

 

Following the kick-off event, mentors from a range of companies will meet one-to-one with participating students throughout a mentoring journey designed to help them better understand and prepare for the world of work. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss topics such as working effectively as part of a team, preparing for job interviews and onboarding, and developing the skills needed for professional growth and success in the workplace.

 

During the kick-off event, following the institutional welcome by Prof. Alessandro Campi, Rector's Delegate for Disability, the program will be presented in detail, and participating companies will introduce the inclusive policies and practices they have implemented within their organizations.
