Our Business Development team identifies and qualifies companies; the Strategist understands their needs, closes the project, and coordinates its delivery; Trainers teach people through our AI Academy; and Engineers build AI agents through our AI Factory.

We primarily work in person from our office in Milan: we believe that being together every day creates energy, alignment, and results. We operate with flexibility and common sense, so remote work is possible when needed.

Native-level Italian is required.

1- Intern Business Development Representative 

 

Compensation: €800 + bonus · Duration: 4–6 months

Your responsibilities

You are the entry point for Yellow Tech into companies: you start conversations with decision-makers, identify where there is a real opportunity, and turn it into the starting point for an AI project.

• Start conversations with decision-makers. Reach out cold-primarily by phone, with structured follow-ups-to CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs, and Directors at target companies. Handle objections, build interest, and get your prospects thinking about the “why now” of GenAI.
• Run real discovery. Quickly understand how a company operates: its processes, pain points, priorities, and sense of urgency. There is no rigid script: every conversation requires curiosity, active listening, and the ability to dig deeper.
• Qualify opportunities. Assess whether the company fits our target profile, whether there is a concrete need, and whether the conditions are right for a high-impact project. Knowing when not to move forward is part of the job.
• Hand off a warm opportunity to the Strategist. Provide context, needs, priorities, stakeholders, and urgency so that the Strategist’s first call can immediately get into the substance instead of starting from scratch.

Your growth path

• In your first 3 months, you’ll learn to independently manage your sales funnel, from the initial discovery through qualification and handoff to the Sales team.
• Every day, you’ll work in the field, with an indicative cadence of around 50 calls, 7–10 meaningful conversations, and 3–4 qualification calls — numbers designed to build your sales methodology, speed, and skills.
• After 4–6 months, you may have the opportunity to join the team full-time.

1- AI Strategist Intern

Compensation: €800 + bonus · Duration: 4–6 months

Your responsibilities

You’ll support one of the highest-impact roles in AI transformation for companies in Italy. You’ll help the Strategist act as the go-to partner for CEOs and senior executives on how to bring AI into their organizations at one of the most strategic moments ever.

• Understand companies and opportunities. Analyze clients’ businesses, processes, and priorities to identify where AI can generate value. Prepare analyses, use cases, and materials that help the Strategist shape the proposal.
• Contribute to building deals. Take part in discovery sessions and client calls, gather information, structure the problem, and help turn it into a concrete AI Adoption or AI Agents project.
• Move projects forward. Work alongside the Strategist during delivery: coordinate activities, people, and deadlines, prepare project status updates, and make sure that what has been agreed with the client actually gets delivered.
• Gradually take ownership of the client. Start by managing individual tasks and workstreams, then lead parts of calls and projects, eventually becoming fully autonomous on simpler opportunities.

Your growth path

• During your first month, you’ll work alongside a senior Strategist on active deals and projects, covering pre-sales, project design, and project status updates.
• Within your first 3 months, you’ll close your first end-to-end deal, from the initial call to signature, and act as Project Manager on your first project.
• After 4–6 months, you may have the opportunity to join the team full-time.

3- AI Adoption Intern 

Compensation: €800 + bonus · Duration: 4–6 months

Your responsibilities

You’re the person who brings AI from concept to practice in client organizations. You’ll work alongside AI Adoption Specialists, work on real use cases with teams, and help turn training into tangible, everyday adoption.

• Understand the client and design with the team. Analyze the client’s business, processes, and level of AI maturity, and help turn these insights into tailored agendas, exercises, use cases, and training materials.
• Bring AI into the classroom. Support AI Adoption Specialists during hands-on training sessions, leadership sessions, and working labs, and quickly start delivering modules and activities yourself.
• Build content that lasts. Create exercises, tutorials, micro-modules, and resources that help people continue using AI even after the training is over.
• Explore and bring in what works. Test new models, tools, and use cases, gather insights from client sessions, and turn them into new content and training activities.

Your growth path

• During your first month, you’ll shadow an AI Adoption Specialist with clients and deliver your first module, progressively taking ownership of preparation and delivery.
• Every week, you’ll test new models, tools, and use cases and share with the team anything that could have a concrete impact on clients.
• After 4–6 months, you may have the opportunity to join the team full-time, based on the quality of your delivery, the level of autonomy you’ve achieved, and your impact on clients.

4- AI Engineer Intern 

Compensation: €800 + bonus · Duration: 4–6 months

Your responsibilities

You’ll turn real client problems into working AI prototypes, agents, and workflows. You’ll work alongside Engineers and Strategists and learn how to take a solution from idea to deployment.

• Understand the problem before building. Take part in discovery sessions, analyze the client’s processes, data, and systems, and help turn business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Build AI agents and automations. Develop agents, workflows, and integrations using LLMs, tool use, APIs, RAG, and automation for real-world use cases.
• Take code all the way to deployment. Write, test, debug, and improve what you build, while learning to work with evaluations, logging, monitoring, and production-grade quality standards.
• Work AI-first. Use coding agents and LLMs every day to develop faster, document, test, and iterate, while also contributing to the improvement of tools and patterns shared across the team.

Your growth path

• During your first month, you’ll work alongside AI Engineers on real-world projects and take your first component or workflow all the way to deployment.
• Throughout the internship, you’ll progressively take ownership of broader parts of each project, from technical definition to development and release.
• After 4–6 months, you may have the opportunity to join the team full-time as an AI Engineer.
