Take part in WHAT WENT WRONG? Operations Case, an interactive format designed to challenge you with real-world operations cases, presented directly by companies and professionals from the field.

 

During the event, you will be actively involved in practical challenges related, for example, to supply chain management, logistics, production planning, procurement, process management, quality assurance, resource optimization, industrial operations, inventory management, continuous improvement, and organizational innovation.

 

Each company will present a real problem faced in an operations project and invite you to analyze the context, identify where things went wrong, and choose the solution you believe is correct between two possible options.

 

You will be able to submit your choice in real time through a live poll, comparing your reasoning with that of other students. Immediately afterward, the company will explain how the issue was actually resolved, outlining the decisions made, the mistakes encountered, and the key lessons learned.

 

The event will conclude with a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to dive deeper into the cases, ask direct questions to industry professionals, and better understand the skills required in energy sector projects.
