Valorizzare Talenti per l'innovazione digitale e sostenibile

The project "Valorizzare Talenti per l'innovazione digitale e sostenibile" begins, created thanks to the European Funds of Emilia Romagna and designed to promote "actions for the qualification of work support and career support services".

The application for the project was presented thanks to the partnership with Confindustria Piacenza and the Municipality of Piacenza which will collaborate with the Polytechnic of Milan to create a network between companies, public administrations present in Emilia Romagna, students, graduates and doctoral students.

The project is developed with the aim of improving the dialogue between the demand and supply of work in the area, of supporting self-entrepreneurship and of raising awareness of the roles in research, leveraging the best practices already developed within the Atheneo.

The Career Service of the Polytechnic of Milan will be responsible for designing and providing various consultancy and orientation activities designed for students and companies thanks also to the support of former Polimi Alumni and representatives who actively work in Emilia Romagna.

Consulting services will also be offered for participating companies in the Emilia Romagna Region to better intercept the demand for talent, to provide specific information on the profiles leaving the Polytechnic of Milan and to improve talent attraction.
