This information is useful to support professional choices, to develop recruitment strategies or gain insight into occupational trends, based on official surveys and internal analyses carried out by the Career Service. The content is organized across two levels of consultation, giving you access both to institutional, University-wide data and to course-specific information.
Employment Books
In the four cards above you can browse the Employment Books of the Politecnico di Milano, divided by target group and time horizon:
• Graduates, 1 year after completion
• Graduates, 5 years after completion
• PhD graduates, 1-2 years after completion
• PhD graduates, 4-5 years after completion
The surveys are carried out annually using a consolidated methodology that enables monitoring of the professional outcomes of our alumni. The Employment Books provide an overview of career trajectories, destination sectors, and the most in-demand skills.
Filters by degree program
Below, through the dedicated filters, you can explore information specific to each degree program.
Two types of data are available:
Employment data by degree: employment rate, time to enter, contracts, satisfaction and professional and geographical areas of employment.
Job-market demand analysis by degree: an aggregated view of the number and type of job and internship postings published on the Career Service portal in the previous year, offering insight into employers' actual needs and the most sought-after profiles.
Data by degree program is updated annually in September.
