On October 27, 2026, the Startup Career Day returns—an event dedicated to undergraduate students, graduate students, and PhD candidates at Politecnico di Milano who want to explore career opportunities in the world of startups and innovation.

A full day of opportunities to meet startups looking for talented people, take part in one-on-one interviews, attend insightful seminars, and expand your professional network by connecting directly with founders and startup professionals.

 

During the Startup Career Day, you will have the opportunity to:

• Discover innovative projects from high-potential startups, scale-ups, and spin-offs.
• Meet entrepreneurs and industry professionals face-to-face.
• Explore job, internship, and collaboration opportunities.
• Share your CV and connect with organizations looking for new talent.
• Attend seminars and networking sessions.

 

PROGRAMME

 

Morning| One-to-one Interviews (selected candidates only) 

From 09:00 to12:30
During the morning, selected students will take part in one-to-one interviews with participating startups.

2. Apply directly to the startups you're interested in through each startup's dedicated page.
3. The startups you apply to will review your CV and select candidates for interviews.
4. If you are selected, you will receive your personalized interview schedule a few days before the event.

Note: Interviews will take place only in the morning and by appointment.

 

 

Aftternoon| Open sessions and workshops

From 14:00 to 19:30

The afternoon is open to all students and PhD candidates at Politecnico di Milano: an opportunity to actively explore the startup ecosystem.

 

Scheduled activities:

• 2:00–5:30 PM | Open access to the booths: meet startups directly, discover their projects, and submit your CV.
• 2:45–3:45 PM | Startup Pitch Session: fast-paced and engaging presentations by participating startups.
• 4:00–4:45 PM | Seminar “From Project to Business: How to Find Funding to Get Started”

• 5:00–7:30 PM | Ideas Meetup: informal opportunities to connect and exchange ideas, share early-stage projects, and engage with other students, researchers, and innovation professionals. Registration will open soon via a dedicated link.
