WHAT WENT WRONG? FINANCIAL CASE
Have you ever wondered what can go wrong in a financial project and how a wrong decision can become a valuable learning opportunity?
Join WHAT WENT WRONG: FINANCIAL CASE, an interactive and engaging event designed to challenge you with real-life cases presented directly by companies and finance professionals.
During the event, you will tackle real-world challenges related to the finance sector, such as:
- financial analysis and investment decisions;
- risk assessment and portfolio management;
- budgeting, forecasting and management control;
- financial planning and resource allocation;
- valuation mistakes, decision-making processes and performance management.
Each company will present a real case encountered during a financial project and invite you to analyse the context, identify what went wrong and choose the solution you believe is the most appropriate between two possible alternatives.
You will be able to submit your answer in real time through a live poll, comparing your reasoning with that of the other participants. Afterwards, the company will explain how the case was actually handled, discussing the decisions that were made, the mistakes that occurred and the key lessons learned from both a financial and managerial perspective.
The event will conclude with a Q&A session.
A dynamic and stimulating format designed to strengthen your problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills while exposing you to real challenges from the finance industry and bringing you closer to the professional world.
Please note that the event will be held in English and is part of the Career Service Award.
