  • You must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 OR you must have a student status as of February 1st, 2027
  • You must hold EU or EEA (European Economic Area) citizenship

We cannot grant that the internship will lead you to a contract afterwards, but thanks to the value of the experience most of our interns are staying in the company after the internship period.

JOB TITLE: Digital Retail Technology & GenAI Intern

As a Digital Retail Technology Intern, you will support the design, analysis and evolution of digital retail solutions across stores and omnichannel platforms, with a focus also on GenAI use cases, data‑driven decision making, and retail technology innovation. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Support the analysis and documentation of retail technology processes (e.g. store systems, Order Management Systems, clienteling, order fulfilment, and omnichannel flows)

  • Assist in translating business and user needs into functional requirements and solution concepts

JOB TITLE: Marketing Automation Intern

 

CRM is a top strategic priority for VF to drive sustainable and profitable growth with a customer centric approach.

As the Marketing Automation Intern, you will support the team in leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for VF brands. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help with the transition from mass-mailing to 1:1 Journeys, learning how personalized communications foster customer engagement.

You will be part of the central digital team and you will have the opportunity to work with all lifestyle brands across the VF portfolio. Throughout the internship – and especially during the first six months – you will be closely guided by the team, with a strong focus on learning and support rather than full ownership of activities, so you can grow at the right pace in your first professional experience.

  • Support customer journeys: assist and partner with the brands on the Journey Builder operation, helping to set up new triggers and update existing journeys under supervision, contributing to customer engagement and eCommerce revenue.
  • Automation Studio Activities: assist in writing SQL queries and building data filters to help segment the customer database and prepare customized data extensions.
  • Email Personalization: support the creation of dynamic, personalized emails using AmpScript language and user data, while developing your technical skills.
  • Contact Builder: assist in setting up and maintaining data extensions in Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with the current Data Model.
  • Reporting and Analytics Builder: partner with and assist the brands in preparing standard and customized reports to help improve the KPIs shown and support performance.

JOB TITLE: Allocation Intern @ The North Face

 

As an Allocator Intern for Full Price Stores, you will support the allocation team in optimizing product distribution across our Full Price Stores European locations. You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and allocation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of full-price retailing.

You will learn fundamentals of retail allocation, inventory management, order processing and understanding of broader supply chain process.

You will get understanding of how full-price retail differs from outlet retail in terms of product lifecycle and customer behavior.

  • Assist in the allocation of merchandise to Full Price Stores based on sales trends, inventory levels, and store capacity.

JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Intern @ icebreaker & Smartwool

 

As Sales Operations Intern, you will support the team with the analysis and reporting of sales-related data. You will contribute to the creation of custom reports, conduct quantitative product and sales analysis, support sales campaigns and tools, and help assess future needs and data quality.

You will be an integral link between the headquarter and the local sales organizations as well as the marketing, product, customer service, IT and supply chain departments. You will support the team to ensure that all the necessary reports, information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans.

  • Support management and sales force with regular and ad hoc business analysis and reporting, including stock lists, reorders, preseason, cancellations, orderbook tracking and shipments analysis.

  • Provide support for sales campaign setup and execution.
  • Provide distribution analysis and maintain and improve customer classification information in the systems.
