You’ll also have the chance to challenge yourself in group interview simulations, where you can practice your interpersonal skills and receive valuable feedback from recruitment experts.

 

HERE IS THE FULL SCHEDULE OF THE DAY:

 

10:00 – 12:00 — ROUND TABLE ON ROLES AND CAREERS: DIALOGUE WITH COMPANIES

 

Deepen your understanding of career opportunities related to your degree and learn about real-world projects developed by companies in the field.
During the event, technical representatives will give short presentations (around 15 minutes) on their roles and contributions within the company.

Thanks to their insights, you will be able to:

• Discover professional roles you could pursue
• Understand the most in-demand skills
• Explore career growth paths within participating companies

The session will end with a dedicated Q&A for direct interaction with company speakers.

The event will be held on campus in Italian at the Aula Magna Maffezzoni and is intended for third-year students at the Cremona Campus.

12:00 – 13:00 — AGRITECH ROUND TABLE FOR AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING STUDENTS

 

This session focuses on technological innovation in the AgriTech sector and offers a concrete overview of how companies are developing cutting-edge solutions to transform agriculture.

During the event, you will explore:

• The most innovative AgriTech projects
• Key professional roles in the sector
• The most sought-after skills in AgriTech

The session will conclude with a Q&A, allowing direct interaction with industry experts.

The event will be held on campus in English at the Aula Magna Maffezzoni and is intended for Agricultural Engineering students

14:00 – 16:00 — MOCK GROUP ASSESSMENT (For  BSc 3° YEAR Students)

 

An assessment is a group interview method commonly used by companies to evaluate candidates’ potential and soft skills, helping to decide on hiring or planning career development.

Thanks to this simulation, you will:

• Discover which soft skills are most valued in the job market
• Identify your strengths and learn how to improve and apply them
• Challenge yourself in a group setting
• Experience a real-life selection process simulation
