An innovator is a leader and a cross-functional figure, able to navigate different systems, foster connections among professionals from diverse fields, and consistently maintain a proactive mindset.
Mindset, contextual analysis, relational skills, project management, active observation, and the ability to experiment with different solutions: these are just some of the key competencies that define an innovator.

 

During this Innovation Session, part of the “Am I an Innovator?” program, participants will be guided in developing the core skills needed to become innovators. You will have the opportunity to discover how innovators identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and turn ideas into impact, developing the capabilities that distinguish them in fast-changing environments.
