Intesa Sanpaolo, in collaboration with Career Service, is offering a female mentoring program dedicated to female students enrolled in Master's degree courses in Engineering.

The project Women Mentoring in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo, includes 4 meetings during which the 20 selected students, divided into small groups, will have the opportunity to engage with a corporate mentor on topics such as: resilience and stress management, how to enhance your personal qualities in the workplace, effective change management, lifelong learning, teamwork and active listening.

The goal of the project is to accompany and support the students in their transition from university to the professional world, providing them with useful tools to face future career challenges successfully.
