Key responsibilities

•      Develop and maintain the Oncotribe web panel in PHP/Laravel

•      Build interactive interface components with JavaScript and Vue.js

•      Support the technical handover from the current external development partner and help compile a functional manual of the app

•      Manage the CI/CD pipeline and code quality

•      Ensure encryption and security best practices for the health data processed

•      Contribute to testing and quality assurance during the pre-launch phase, alongside the team

Requirements

•      Solid production experience with PHP and Laravel

•      Experience with JavaScript and Vue.js for interactive interfaces

•      Familiarity with cloud architectures and CI/CD pipelines

•      Knowledge of security practices for sensitive data (encryption at rest and in transit)

•      Ability to work independently in a small team and to document your own work

•      Good knowledge of Figma and Excel

Nice to have

•      Experience with applications in the medical or regulated space (MDR, GDPR)

•      Previous experience in startups or small teams

•      Basic knowledge of Flutter/Dart, useful for collaborating with the mobile team

 

3- Data Analyst

Indicative gross annual salary (market range): €29,000–38,000 (depending on experience above the minimum threshold)

Key responsibilities

•      Design and maintain product dashboards (retention, DAU/MAU, funnels, drop-off)

•      Define and track key events in collaboration with the technical team

•      Produce the weekly report with fixed KPIs and a qualitative section

•      Segment users by disease stage, age and patient/caregiver role

•      Set up automatic alerts on anomalies (drops in usage, recurring errors)

•      Work with Product and UX/UI to turn data into decisions

Requirements

•      Proven experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)

•      Excellent command of SQL

•      Ability to build dashboards that are clear even to non-technical stakeholders

•      Attention to sensitive data and anonymisation practices

Nice to have

•      Previous experience in healthtech or with health data

•      Basic knowledge of Python or R for more in-depth analysis
