Assessment Center

The Assessment Centers of the Politecnico di Milano are dedicated spaces for meeting the Career Service, located on the ground floor of the Leonardo and Bovisa campuses. Here, you can access an environment designed to host individual interviews, group simulations, and moments of exchange with Career Advisors and corporate HR representatives.

In the Assessment Center spaces, you can work with a Career Advisor to draft or refine your résumé, highlighting your skills, experiences, and academic background

You can rehearse your first job interviews with the support of a Career Advisor, learning how to communicate effectively and handle selection dynamics

You can book an individual session — either on campus or online — to discuss your professional goals and receive guidance on the roles and sectors best aligned with your profile

Take part in an assessment simulation

In collaboration with companies, the Career Service organizes group interview simulations and individual case exercises. During these sessions, you can experience real selection activities, collaborate with students from other programs, and receive feedback on your soft skills
