Building a tailor-made employer branding strategy with the Career Service means:
- Standing out: gaining unique and distinctive visibility with your target audience
- Storytelling: sharing a new story, message, value, or aspect of the business that the company wants to convey to students to guide them toward their future careers
- Attraction: training and selecting graduating students who match the desired profiles
Each special project is typically mono-brand and designed in response to a specific need of the employer. It lasts about three months and is supported by a dedicated communication plan, promoted through the Career Service channels. Some formats are repeated, but the communication always remains distinctive and unique. Among the most successful initiatives: corporate academies, mentoring and job shadowing programs, career competitions, and other customized activities.
