Here are some suggestions to help you create an effective and attractive internship offer.
- Clearly define the role
Specify what the intern will do to present a credible and well-structured opportunity. - Describe activities, learning objectives, and skills
Indicate the activities involved, the training goals, and the skills the intern will develop. - List the required qualifications
Include any technical, IT, or language skills needed. - Choose the right target audience
Select the degree programs and disciplinary areas most aligned with the proposed activities to reach the most suitable profiles. - Include benefits and compensation details
Mention any benefits such as reimbursement of expenses or meal vouchers. Remember: for graduates, a monthly allowance is mandatory; for students, it is not required but strongly recommended. - Specify timing and arrangements
Indicate the internship start date, duration, location, and whether it is part-time or full-time. - Consider seasonal application trends
Students and graduates apply throughout the year, but some periods are more favorable:- Students: beginning of the semester and end of classes (Sep–Oct, Feb–Mar, Jun–Jul)
- Graduates: immediately before or after graduation sessions (Dec, Mar/Apr, Jul, Sep)
- Be flexible
If you are targeting students, consider their academic commitments and offer part-time schedules when possible.
All internship postings are reviewed before publication: by the degree program (for mandatory curricular internships) or by the Career Service in all other cases. For further details, please refer to the official Regulations and University Guidelines.
