AUTOMOTIVE CAREER COMPETITION

Challenge yourself. Collaborate. Create solutions.

Would you like to take part in a team challenge, work on a real case, and enjoy an immersive experience?

Automotive Career Competition is the right opportunity to test your skills, develop your soft skills, and exchange ideas with other students on a constantly evolving sector: the automotive industry and the new challenges of mobility.

How does it work?

You will be placed in a multidisciplinary team together with students from other degree programmes. The Career Service will present you with a concrete challenge related to the automotive sector, to be solved in just a few hours with your group.

The challenge may focus on topics such as technological innovation, sustainable mobility, electrification, automation, safety, process efficiency, vehicle design, and the development of solutions for increasingly smart and connected mobility.

To support you, several companies will share real projects and innovative insights, offering inspiration and a direct view of the world of work.

What can you expect?

  • A task to be solved in a team within a set time
  • The opportunity to listen to and interact with company professionals
  • The chance to present your work in front of a jury of experts
  • Personalised feedback to help you grow and improve
  • A final certificate of participation to add to your CV

How to participate

To take part in the event, you must register on this page. During registration, you will be asked a few preliminary questions to allow the Career Service staff to divide participants into heterogeneous teams.

If you would like to involve one of your classmates, you will be able to indicate this in the preliminary questions.

After registration closes, students will be contacted by email by the Career Service to receive confirmation of participation, instructions on how to take part in the challenge, and the team to which they have been assigned.
