HOW TO ACTIVATE AN INTERNSHIP

1. INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

The Internship Agreement is the very first document required by law to activate an internship with a student or a graduate of Politecnico di Milano.
It is a contract between the Company and the University which defines rights and duties for both parties. It might be tacitly renewed: in this case you won’t have to sign a new one every time you need to activate an internship.
The Internship Agreement, once signed and scanned, is active in 2 days maximum. Which details are required to request the Internship Agreement?

2. INTERNSHIP ACTIVATION REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC CANDIDATE

If you’ve found a candidate for an internship and your Internship Agreement is active, fill in the internship activation request at least 5 days before the internship starts. Very first thing you need is the candidate’s student ID number and other information. Once completed the request, in 48 hours you’ll receive the defined pdf of the Internship Document, that is the second document required by law to start an internship and that must be signed by the intern, the Company and Politecnico di Milano before the experience starts.
