The Scuderia Ferrari F1 Engineering Academy, based in Maranello (Italy), is looking for the best engineering Master-graduates & PhDs to join us in within the highly stimulating, fast-paced and challenging work environment of the Ferrari F1 team.

This is your unique opportunity to enter the exciting and demanding world of Innovation, Technology, and Racing by joining our dedicated program.

Start with a dedicated 6-month internship and deliver to earn a long-term role in the Ferrari team.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking excellent engineering graduates (Master and/ or PhD) who have graduated within the last 12 months.

Above all, we are looking for problem-solvers with the highest agility who are able to work practically as well as creatively, team players who are hardworking and with the right humility, are hungry to learn, and motivated to succeed.

Your academic background will come from these key disciplines: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Materials Science & Controls Engineering, Software Engineering, and Mathematics.

Please apply with your clear 1-2 preference areas based master specializations or relevant internship or other experiences:

•AI and Data Modelling for Vehicle Performance optimization

•CFD Aero development for front and real wings solutions

•Suspensions, Brakes and Fuel Systems for Mechanical Design

•ERS and MGU-K design and model optimization

•PU performance model optimization and control

And briefly describe you prior experience gained through university projects, internship(s), Formula-SAE and Shell Eco-Marathon and similar projects.

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: Monday, March 30th, 2026.

The next steps in the process will include

•Selection of best suited profiles for the 6 different areas as listed above

•HR interviews (phone/Teams)

•Assessment-centre and interviews with Line Managers, Academy Mentors and HR on following 4 different dates in Maranello, Ferrari offices:

• Tuesday May 12th
• Thursday May 14th
• Tuesday May 19th
• Thursday May 21st

(these 4 dates are the different engineering areas, allowing you to plan schedule accordingly)

•Final evaluations, contract details and admin support during the month of June.

The F1 Engineering Academy projects will start from Monday 5th October 2026 and with duration 6-months.
