Your task
Lead the innovation in the education industry by creating a new, digital learning environment by providing future service customers with a new set of tools to learn
The service/proposition is aimed at students for primary/secondary schools (no university)
The service must have a premium (paid for) business model component, however "creative" hybrid solutions (e.g. freemium, donation...) are encouraged
Your deliverables
§ Define service/proposition concept and value proposition
§ Identify key features and define how customers will use it (e.g. user experience, use cases, "a day in the life...)
§ Define what needs to be done to build-it and eventually which partnerships/"ingredients" will be needed
§ Specify Vodafone role in the proposition and how the service could help Vodafone achieve his business objectives
§ Formulate a go-to-market strategy identifying:
Ø The target (e.g. should we promote the service to the students or the parents?)
Ø The message (how are we going to communicate it)
Ø The most appropriate communication channels
Ø Cooperation/co-mktg initiatives with key stakeholders
§ Define main service revenue streams and a high-level business case
This final output can be written either in English or in Italian.
